By purchasing any digital product or eBook from Haven Street Publishing, you agree to the legally binding terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Digital Delivery
All products sold on this website are digital goods (primarily in .epub format). We do not ship physical books. Upon successful completion of your checkout via our secure payment processor (Stripe), a unique digital download link will be instantly generated on your order confirmation page and delivered directly to the email address you provided.
2. Strict No-Refunds & Final Sale Policy
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, all eBook purchases are 100% final sale and strictly non-refundable. Once a digital download link has been generated or emailed to you, the product is deemed “opened” and consumed under Canadian and international digital property laws.
We cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for:
- Accidental purchases or ordering the wrong title.
- Change of mind after checkout.
- Incompatibility with your specific e-reading device (it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their device supports standard ePub files before purchase).
3. File Security and Permitted Use
When you purchase an eBook, Haven Street Publishing grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the file on your personal devices.
- You may transfer the file to your personal e-reader, phone, tablet, or computer.
- You may not copy, share, distribute, upload to public drives, or resell the file to any other person. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
4. Technical Support
If your download link expires, fails to load, or if the file becomes corrupted during transmission, we are happy to assist you. Please contact our support team immediately with your original purchase receipt details at admin@havenstreetpublishing.com, and we will manually verify your transaction and issue a fresh working link.
